The right candidate will be expected to have: a high level of understand of superannuation, transition to retirement plans, and account based pensions. It is expected that defined workflows be followed. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – are important, as is personal presentation.

The role of Financial Adviser involves:

• Servicing a book of existing clients
• Look to further grow and develop your client base through referrals and business development
• Provide comprehensive financial advice
• Conduct client meetings with new and existing clients
• Work collaboratively with admin and paraplanning support
• Assist with mentoring staff who are going through their Professional Year
